I am a Stockholm-based coach, facilitator and researcher. I am passionate about practices that help people — myself included — listen more deeply and relate more fully.
If there's a quiet pull toward something more real, more connected or more meaningful — let's talk for 30 minutes.
For twenty years I have worked at the intersection of people, organizations and cities — always circling back to the same question: what becomes possible when we truly listen and relate? To ourselves, to each other, to society and to nature.
I work with individuals, groups and organizations who are ready to listen more deeply, relate more fully and lead from a more authentic place.
Through participatory design research, I came to see that cities — like organizations and relationships — only flourish when the people inside them are genuinely heard.

Since 2015 I have brought Authentic Relating into workshops, festivals and organizations, watching it open people to connections they didn't know were possible.

Since 2005 Tai Chi & Qigong have informed my way of being in the world in ways I am still uncovering — I have been teaching these practices since 2015.

My training as a Manuvision body therapist, completed in 2020, grounded something I had always sensed — that to truly listen to a person, you have to listen to their body.

Since my twenties I have been captivated by participatory art — by what becomes possible in the space between dreams and reality — and have co-designed some genuinely wild experiences along the way.

In my masters programme I worked with an action research approach to study and develop new forms of citizenship.
I teach and lecture on urban development, organizational development, project management and relational competence — drawing on twenty years of research, facilitation and practice to bring these subjects alive.
I work with organizations that sense there is more possible in how they work and relate — designing and leading participatory processes that support real cultural change, in a single workshop or as a longer journey together.
Leadership coaching with me means exploring what becomes possible when you lead from a more authentic and present place — whether you are guiding an organization, a team or a transformational process.
Personal coaching with me is for anyone curious about deeper relationships with the people who matter most in their life — or who simply wants to explore the possibility that there is more available to them than they are currently experiencing.
