My orientation for the last 20 years has been focused on supporting participatory processes and building relational competence. These days I see my work mainly as strenthening my client's capacity to relate ─ To themselves, to others, to society and to nature.
I work with individuals, groups and organizations who are interested in developing their listening skills, relating competence and leadership capacity.
In my academic work I have done research in the field of participatory design and action research. Mostly focused on how to develop sustainable and livable cities.
